Perfect if you need flexibility or want to gain experience in the sector. Our bank team provides cover for shifts across our homes and supported living services.

What you’ll do:

  • Step in to cover shifts and maintain consistency for young people.

  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • A caring attitude and strong sense of teamwork.

Key Worker (Senior Support Worker)

Pay: From £13.50 per hour | Contract: Permanent | Location: Across South Wales

What you’ll do:

  • Take the lead on care plans for assigned young people.
  • Oversee progress reviews and liaise with professionals.
  • Support and guide support workers in their day-to-day roles.

  • Support with daily routines, education, and independent living.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth.
