Our properties are not B&Bs which may not meet minimum living or safey standards. All of our properties will have communal areas and shared kitchens so our guests can maintain independence. All properties are fully up to regulations from a fire building and living perspective

Competitively priced

When compared with other options such as B&Bs, hotels etc our offerings will generally work out to be around 20% cheaper whilst offering a lot more

Fully equipped properties

All of homeless accommodation options will come with a private room with bed, wardrobe, drawers, tv and work area. Properties all have their own management and maintenance teams as well as CCTV in communal areas

Support

Each property will come with it's own manager but additional support to help in transitions into own tenancies is also available
