Through our comprehensive support system, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment that assists these young individuals on their journey to independence.
Each young person will have their own private room with TV and desk. The young people will share a kitchen and living area but have their own cupboard for food storage and their own shelves in the fridge and freezer.
Our homes come with a dedicated property manager responsible for welcoming the young person to their new home and providing a map of the local area and key sites. The Manager will coordinate any any required maintenance, monitor CCTV and be responsible for any compliance activities for the property
Each young person will have the option of an amount of support. This can take the form of classes to build independence such as cookery, basic accountancy and English. We can also offer therapies and classes designed to help with symptoms of trauma that have often been experienced
Via our own CIC (in part funded from revenue from our supported living) we offer work experience and training. Working with local partner organisations we can arrange for this to be done in a number of different employment areas
