🏛️ For Local Authorities & Referrers
We provide high-quality supported accommodation across South Wales and welcome referrals for young people aged 16–25 who are:
- Leaving care or semi-independent settings
- At risk of homelessness or sofa surfing
- Seeking support to develop life skills and move towards independence
We also work with local partners to connect young people to essential support, such as:
- Local food banks and warm spaces
- Education and employment initiatives
- Health and wellbeing services
Our model prioritises safeguarding, independence, and outcomes — ensuring every placement is stable, positive, and purposeful.
