TIFA Life offers tailored supported accommodation for individuals aged 16 and above in Swansea. Our dedicated team provides a nurturing environment, focusing on personalised support to address the unique needs of each resident. At TIFA Life, we strive to empower young people as they navigate the journey towards independence and self-discovery.
Moving on from our 16 plus accommodation our young people are encouraged to continue their journey toward independence by transitioning into our 18 plus accommodation. Whilst still offering support, this will be less hands on but still honing and building on existing life skills.
